This project will work with people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds in the Duck River sub-catchment and facilitate community members to get to know their local natural areas. The CMA will seek to establish partnerships with Community Development organisations in the region and hold one or two events in and around the Duck River . The project officer will also report on the current capacity of councils in the CMA area to undertake natural resource management activities with their CALD communities.
