Clr Philip Sansom has been an active member of the Board since its inception in 2005. He brings a wealth of experience in regional planning and community involvement in natural resource management to the role. He has participated in a range of committees providing advice and direction at local and regional levels, and was recently elected Deputy Mayor of Hurstville City Council.

Clr Genia McCaffery is the current North Sydney Mayor and President of the NSW Local Government Association. 

Clr Allan G. Ezzy APM is a Holroyd Councillor, and is the Chairman of the NSW Floodplain Management Authorities. 

Clr Nick Katris is the current Mayor of Kogarah Council, Chair of Council's estuary and floodplain management committees.  He is a planner and architect by profession. 

Paul Zammit is a former member of both the State and Federal Parliaments, with extensive business experience. 

Suzanne Little is an environmental scientist, active bushcare leader and former Environment Director, Olympic Co-ordinating Authority.
