This project is linked to the outcomes of the Aboriginal Engagement Project. It aims to increase knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture Heritage Landscapes within the Local Government and the Community. To build the capacity of Councils to deliver best practice in bushcare on protecting and conserving Aboriginal Cultural Heritage, to their staff and community. It also aims to build the capacity of the Aboriginal NRM Network to deliver education and training to their communities. The project will involve the development of a resource kit for the care and protection of Aboriginal Cultural sites and landscapes held within our bushland environments.
